Manufacturing

PowerPhysics has in-house manufacturing capability for final assembly and test of products.

We work with contract manufacturers in the USA and offshore for PCBA  or board level manufacturing. Our contract manufacturers are certified to ISO 9001 standards for quality.

Every PowerPhysics product is tested using our own procedures and, with few exceptions, on our own test equipment prior to leaving the manufacturing line.

During production testing a wide variety of data is recorded and stored for each unit under test. These test files are reviewed by PowerPhysics engineers before the shipment is sent to our customers.

When we started this company ten years ago we used the slogan:

"Everything Matters"

This is never more true than in manufacturing a quality product.
